African Goodwill Ambassadors

In seeking to inform the general public about UNESCO’s action in Member States, the Director-General calls on personalities known throughout the world in their respective fields to serve as roving ambassadors for UNESCO.
Two Africans currently perform this role:

Mr Cheikh Modibo Diarra (Mali)
