The International Fund for the Promotion of Culture (IFPC) co-funded the Cape Town Carnival which took place in March 2014. The Carnival supports skills development and provides employment opportunities for youth, while at the same time achieve equal representation across gender, all age-groups, all economic groups, and all cultural and communities
