In Sierra Leone, a country devastated by years of brutal civil war, young people are using new technology to create music, make movies, and run radio programs. In India, youth are exploring how technology can be used to address poverty. Now these youth (at the forefront of the technology revolution but forgotten by decision-making, are joining forces to make their voices heard.
