Prof. Pat Dolan, UNESCO Chairholder, highlights the objective of this newly established Chair which is to deliver teaching programmes and disseminate and share, between national and international partners , teaching materials and promote tools in civic engagement among children and youth. Within the UNESCO, the Chair develops programs in civic and values education at national and international levels especially with NGOs in Europe: Lithuania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic and in Africa: Zambia.
