The Africa Regional Policy Forum was co-organised by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and UNESCO in Pretoria (South Africa) on 21 to 22 February 2012 to provide specific African inputs to the Draft Paris Declaration to be submitted to the World OER Congress to take place in Paris in June 2012.
