Below you will find more information about the membership with CCIVS and an application form.

Please note that all following items will be required in order to have your application considered for membership approval:

- a completed application form,
- a report of your recent activities,
- your most recent financial report,
- a copy of your constitution or statutes,
- at least two support letters from member organisations,
- payment of one year's subscription (according to the status you apply for), refundable in case of non-acceptance.
- payment of a non-refundable administration fee of 25 EURO for the treatment of your request.

Membership of CCIVS brings you into our worldwide network which is itself linked to other regional and international structures including those of the United Nations system. This will enable you to:

- develop relations and joint activities with new foreign partners,
- develop new bilateral or multilateral exchanges,
- exchange ideas with international agencies,
- receive information and practical advice on international organisation's programmes

We would however like to remind you that CCIVS is predominantly occupied with international voluntary service. In fact, the status of full member requires a proof of the involvement of your organisation in international voluntary service (Cf. Art 5.a of CCIVS constitution). Any organisation wishing to maintain close and regular contact with CCIVS or a national branch of a member organisation having full membership, may apply to become an associate member; associate members do not have voting rights and cannot present themselves to statutory bodies. Corresponding organisations do receive information from CCIVS, but do not participate in statutory meetings or main activities.

Applications are considered by the CCIVS' Executive Committee (EC), which meets twice per year. Applications will be considered by the EC at the next meeting. If you wish to have more information or know when the EC meeting will take place, please contact the CCIVS Secretariat. In case your application cannot be considered favourably, the inscription fee paid by you in advance shall be reimbursed. The administration fee is not refundable. The acceptance by the EC is subject to ratification by the General Assembly of CCIVS (taking place once every three years).
