At its 30th
session, the General Conference elected, in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of
Article II of the Statutes of the Intergovernmental Council of the International Programme
for the Development of Communication, as amended by 28 C/Resolution 22, the following
Member States to be members of the Council until the end of the 32nd session of the
General Conference:
