Awareness Raising, Haiti

David Dubois is leading a
project to encourage local youth to engage in
environmental awareness raising and pollution
prevention activities.
He will be planning and organising
environmental awareness raising classes and establishing
a tree/vetiver nursery for 1,000 plants. Training
in the care of these plants will also be provided.
In addition, he will be holding
tree planting and clean-up competitions that will
be complemented with the distribution of environmental
educational materials.
