STARTING A PROJECT
Funding and Reporting
If your project is suitable,
we may be able to provide up to $3000 US Dollars
to support the project activities. Once we have
agreed to support your project we will require
bank details for the organization that you are
working with and this is where the money will
be transfered. After receiving the bank details
we will create a contract with your organization
that itemizes exactly what activities you have
agreed to do as part of your project. Activities
must include the following:
- Budget and work plan that sets out the schedule
for your project planning and activities
- 60 minutes of un-edited video footage of
your activities
- Digital pictures of your project activities
- Evaluation of your project activities
- A final report in electronic form and hardcopy
format that explains the details of your project:
how many people participated, what were the
successes, the challenges, did you meet your
objectives, will these activities happen again
in the future etc... There is no specific format
for this report.
- A signed financial statement that shows how
you spent the funds that you received from UNESCO.
It is important to note that this statement
can be signed by whomever handled the money
for the project and that the final amount must
equal to the total amount stated in the contract
with UNESCO
