A specialist from Congo attended a regional workshop on ‘Awareness-building and Training on Biodiversity Conservation in Natural World Heritage Sites of West and Central Africa’ (Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, June 1996). Two specialists from Congo attended the Programme on Man and the Biosphere (MAB) co-sponsored regional conference on Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development (Dakar, Senegal, October 1996).
