The Islamic Republic of Iran
A regional workshop on ‘Integrated Coastal Zone Management’ was organized in Chabahar, Iran in February 1996. Thirty eight Iranian participants attended it. One trainee from Iran attended a regional training course on the ‘Use of Remote-Sensing Techniques in Coastal Research and Management’ (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, December 1996).
