Workshop on Identifying Technology Needs for Adapting to Climate Change in St. Vincent and the Grenadines 16-17 November 2004

Miss Marsha Gregg and Mr. Herman Belmar of Bequia Community High School and Small Islands Voice National Coordinators attended a workshop on 'Identifying Technology Needs for Adapting to Climate Change in St. Vincent and the Grenadines'. This workshop was sponsored by the Ministry of Health and the Environment, in conjunction with the United Nations Development Programme and the Organization of American States, and the Ministry of Science and Technology, from November 16-17, 2004. It gave us the opportunity to participate in yet another national developmental programme, and allowed us to showcase Sandwatch, and the methodologies applied by our programme. We are proud of the recognition we are now receiving, and the ways in which we are influencing change at the national level.
