Mr. Alain De Comarmond of the Ministry of the Environment represented Seychelles at the Meeting in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Mr. De Comarmond described the Small Islands Voice activities in Seychelles; these included involving hoteliers in setting up a each monitoring programme, conducting an opinion survey, and involving youth in Sandwatch, Youth Visioning and internet forum activities. In a second presentation he described the student exchange visits involving Seychelles and Maldives youth in 2004.
