VIII International Medical Scientific Conference for Students and Young Doctors, Pleven, Bulgaria

Résumé

This scientific forum is annually organized as an intellectual environment, gathering together young research teams from all over the world. Representatives of different medical societies will express innovative ideas on a variety of medical problems with sharing the uniqueness of cultures, traditions and nationally determined psychology.
Except for the educational and clinical experience, medicine leaves us a very important socially responsible and humane aim by will – granting and protecting Life, helping people, understanding and tolerating the differences. The cultural dialogue as a base for international medical team building will put general knowledge and skills into practice in professional and friendly atmosphere.
Activities:
1. Workshop "Refugee Camp in Burundi - A Case Study" moderated by “Doctors without borders” - Austria
2. Workshop “Holistic Approach to Sexual Medicine” moderated by Rumen Bostanjiev, MD, PhD - Bulgaria
3. A plenary lecture on children health problems moderated by UNICEF – Bulgaria
4. Night of Cultures
