International Scientific Conference "Poland and Russia. Difficult Issues-Three Narratives (History, Literature, Cinema)

Résumé

UNESCO Chair for Comparative Studies of Spiritual Traditions, their Specific Cultures and Interreligious Dialogue, based at St.Petersburg Branch of the Russian Institute, co-organized a large-scale International scientific conference 'Poland and Russia. Difficult Issues - Three Narratives (History, Literature, Cinema)', conducted in the city of Krakow, Poland on October 5-7, 2010. As part of the conference, Discussion Panel 'Strategies of Intercultural Dialogue between Russia and Poland: from Past to Future', specifically dedicated to cultural strategy of UNESCO, was conducted, which part of the conference has been initiated by our chair.
