La Casa del Partidos

18th century

Part of the Water Museum is situated in what was La Casa del Partidos (place where irrigation water is divided for distribution). It is divided into two floors: the ground floor houses the operational equipment of a hydro-electric company and the upper floor the engineering aspects. For this reason it is now known as the Engineering House.

Access to the museum is through La Casas del Partidos, once through the ground floor, there is a gravel path that leads to the zone situated in las Fuentes del Algar (where the River Algar rises). At the reception area guides are available to explain the features and the diverse collections that the museum houses.
