WRITING, READING AND COPYRIGHT: THE "BOOK CHAIN"

At a time of exponential growth of electronic and television networks, books are an ideal way to express cultural identity. Their distribution is a key factor in the promotion of cultural diversity. As so many windows to the outside world, they can contribute potently to material well-being. Every effort should therefore be made to develop the book industry, and copyright which is its legal basis.
