Crafts and Design

At the heart of creativity, crafts and design concern all those who draw, sculpt, weave, carve, engrave, embroider, cast, select and exhibit. Backed by training and promotional activities, in close co-operation with local players, crafts gain access to the international market while preserving social cohesion. Between tradition and innovation, crafts form an essential capital enabling developing countries to tackle the challenges of globalization.
