Mrs. Fidelia Akuabata Njeze is Nigeria's Honourable Minister of
State for Agriculture and Water Resources. Accordingly, she is
a UNESCO Partner Minister.

Born on 8 June, 1964 in Enugu State: Nigeria, Mrs. Njeze previously
served as Minister of State in Nigeria's Ministry of Defence. She
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from University of
Nigeria, Nsukka [UNN]. Her internship was with Park Lane Specialist
Hospital, Enugu in 1990. She did her National Youth Service with
National Orthopedics Hospital, Enugu from 1990 to 1991.

Mrs. Njeze began her career as Superintendent Pharmacist with Chinors
pharmacy in 1992. Between 1996 and 2004 she held the position of
Managing Director at Gredel Pharmacy Limited, before being appointed
member: Enugu State Health Services Management Board in 2004, a
position she held until her appointment as Minister of State.
