The Ministry of Health and Education and the Bhutan National Commission for UNESCO studied the Delors Report in the context of the Bhutanese Education system.  The study was further presented in a seminar in Thimphu in October  1998.  This Country Report examines the implications of the Delors Report for Bhutan and is organized around the four pillars of education.
