The Round Table is convened to formally launch the United Nations Year for Dialogue Among Civilization with a high level discussion and presentation Introductory document. Arrangements This meeting will be chaired by the Director-General of UNESCO, Mr. Koïchiro Matsuura. The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr.Kofi Annan will make an opening speech.
