Round Table: Dialogue among Civilizations
United Nations, New York, 5 September 2000
Provisional verbatim transcription

Address by Ru Xin (China)

Mr. Xin Ru: I have only a little knowledge of the Internet and information science, but I think it could be used as an important means for dialogue among civilizations. It makes the dialogue more convenient, much easier in a democratic way. The problem is how to use it in the proper way.

Mr. Picco: Professor Soyinka.
