The most neglected age group in the Syria crisis is the youth. There are today approximately 490,000 Syrian youth refugees in neighbouring countries of which 295,000 are between 12 and 17 years old and most of them have dropped out of school as they are unable to get access to education in their new communities and refugee camps in which they are living.
