Anangu Education Services (AES)

Many indigenous students in Australia live in geographically remote areas, culturally and linguistically isolated from mainstream education, the majority speaking English as a second language. These are factors, which dictate that materials must be purpose written to meet the educational needs of this group. Anangu Education Services (AES) has produced distance education courses in all the areas of junior secondary study required by mainstream educational authorities. 3 videos illustrate the work of AES: Anagu Coordinators in Schools examines the roles and responsibilities of Anangu Coordinators.
