| In order to enable the new Bureau to be established, the Permanent Delegat to UNESCO, His Excellency Mr Syed Muazzem Ali, Ambassador of Bangladesh to France, was elected by acclamation to serve as Chairperson of the session, for the purpose of conducting the elections of Bureau members.
