A global survey is underway on the state of school health with emphasis on school health education at primary and secondary school levels. The survey is planned in two parts, one part intended for ministries of education in UNESCO Member States on national and regional policies and strategies in the field of school health, and the other part intended for teachers at primary and secondary levels on implementation and needs concerning school health.

Teachers are invited to reply to the teacher questionnaire.
