| | Malaysia has completed an education blueprint/education development plan (The Third Outline Perspective Plan for 2001-2010) which includes the EFA goals and plan of action. This document has been prepared and reviewed (in a seminar) together with all stakeholders concerned (business community, labour unions, political bodies, religious groups, minority groups, women organizations, youth and social clubs/bodies, government agencies). The Ministry of Education will organize an EFA Forum in 2002 as a platform for strategic debate and consensus building for the implementation and monitoring of the plan. The participants would include all the stakeholders concerned with education and relevant ministries and other government agencies.
