| Given the political situation, Palestine not being a State, the usual UN cooperation and development framework Sectoral Working Group headed by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and for which the Secretariat is held by UNESCo, have been put in place, however, to better coordinate international assistance, get support in the formulation of a 5-year Education Plan and initiate a Sector-Wide Approach. |
