| - The existent plan includes the EFA goals.- Although not represented in Jomtien or Dakar, the country was represented in the Santo Domingo Regional Meeting and approved the Regional Framework of Action. The new Education Minister is open to the initiative.- No national EFA Forum. Needs consultation and consensus by all stakeholders, in order to review and modify existing action plans and strategies. |
