| - All Dakar objectives are included in the Plan, but the achievement in some cases is delayed due to the financial and human resource constrains.- Difficulty to prioritize in the current country-rebuilding time.- Data need to be collected (esp. adult literacy, teacher training needs, ECCD needs).- Need to improve post-secondary ed., life-skills and TVET programs. |
