| Regional / Subregional Forums | |

Regions and subregions have created EFA Forums with an explicit EFA mandate.
Their functions are :
- setting and monitoring regional/subregional targets;
- promoting resource mobilization;
- advocacy and policy dialogue;
- promotion of partnerships and technical cooperation;
- sharing best practices and lessons learned;
- monitoring and reporting for accountability; and
- co-ordination with all relevant networks.
These forums involve and co-ordinate with civil society organizations and other regional and subregional bodies.
