This document of Standard-setting instruments on the right to education and the protection of the child, responds to a double expectation: to those professionals who are, daily, confronted with the problems of children, but also to the individuals who need to familiarize themselves with the conventions, the protocols, the international recommendations and the declaration on the subject. For Education is not merely admitting children to schools, but it also complies with fundamental rights.
