Letter to the children

Hello !

You are 4, 5, 6 or 7 year old. You like to draw, colour or paint…

But actually what you like the most, is to listen to nice stories and look at beautiful pictures.

And if, for a change, you were the one to tell a story? You would invent it, draw it with lots and lots of colours.

If you want to, you are going to do it with your buddies and friends. Your teacher, supervisor or educator will help you participate, all together, in the biggest drawing and painting contest in the world.

And the nicest thing, is that thousands of children of your age, in all the countries of the Earth, will also invent and draw, with their friends, beautiful stories in many colours.

Then, when all the children, all over the world, will have finished their stories and drawings, their teachers, supervisors and educators will collect them, put them in big envelopes and send them to Paris.

Paris is a big city, and in this city there is a big house called UNESCO. There, some very nice ladies and gentlemen, who are also from all the countries of the world, come to work. They work so that all the children of the Earth can go to school and learn to become men and women that respect each other and live in friendship and peace.

These ladies and gentlemen are going to receive all these beautiful stories and drawings. And they will show them all over the world, to share them with all the children of the Earth and their families.
