Herman E. Daly, is currently a professor at the University of Maryland and was a long-serving economist at the World Bank. He has published widely in the fields of economic development, population, resources, and environment, including Steady-State Economics (1977; 1991); Valuing the Earth (1993); and Beyond Growth (1996). |
