This task gives you an opportunity to think about issues related to development for the purpose of attracting tourists, particularly deciding what are the positive effects (benefits) and the negative effects (problems) resulting from it.

In deciding whether a certain point is a benefit or not, different criteria can be used which reveal values about development. Thus, this task also identifies some of the values by which tourism developments may be judged.
