Here you will
find examples of “real” questionnaires that have already been
applied in the IntALWinE partner countries when evaluating
their learning festival.
- To assess the effectiveness and usefulness of your ALW or learning
festival from
the perspective of participants, you will find here an example of
a questionnaire from Slovenia. You might want to adapt
it to your own context.
- Another questionnaire developed by Slovenia addresses
all organizations (providers and cultural institutions) that have
been involved in implementing the ALW or learning festival. It may be
useful for you as an example to draft your own questionnaire and to
find out how the cooperation with colleagues has worked out and/or can
be improved.
- A genuine evaluation package
has been developed in the Netherlands and consists
of three parts. First of all it entails an evaluation form “What
do we learn from you?” which is to be filled in by regional and
local organizers and sent to the national coordinator in order to provide
insight into the results at local level and to get feedback about the
support needed. Secondly a series of tips and tricks for the organisers
of local/regional activities to evaluate their own activities is supplied.
And thirdly, the package includes an example of a questionnaire which
organizers can use to get feedback from the visitors. The package is
posted on the website of the national coordinator (CINOP)
and is sent to local organizers three months before they are starting
their activities (before the ALW which is the last week of September!).
Have a look (in Dutch only)!
- In the UK, a special questionnaire was developed
to trace back what
former ALW award winners have done after receiving their awards
in order to find out whether the award has made an impact on their lives.
If you are interested in developing such a questionnaire for your own
purposes, have a look!
If you have already used a questionnaire in your own learning festival
or mobilization campaign and would like to share it with other organizers,
please get in touch! b.bochynek@unesco.org
