Following the implementation
of festivals in 2000 and 2001, Ukraine had its third Adult Learners
Week in 2002! The festival in September was carried out jointly with
the Russian Federation, and events were set up in parallel in the two countries
under one common umbrella. The festival culminated with an international
expert meeting in Anapa on " Quality of Education and Quality of Life".
