UIE is very happy to announce that a special International Adult Learners' Week website has recently been set up on UIE's homepage under the following address: http://www.unesco.org/education/uie/InternationalALW

The site gives an impression of the creative and imaginative learning festivals taking place all over the world and aims to help identify more initiatives of that kind! It provides background information on the history of International Adult Learners' Week and indicates the entry points to national events. It is meant to be an ongoing communication mechanism to be fed collectively, and to grow as the movement is spreading and developing. The information displayed is in the process of being continuously up-dated.
