The beginning of work was too late to carry out complete assessment according to demands of the program and requirements of the Georgian education system. In spite of this, the report presented maintains a lot of interesting data on the education system of Georgia in the last decade, all the more that this decade was the time dramatic changes in political and economical life of the country. A lot of serious problems cause the lack of reliable information on the Georgian population that is the result of the postponement of the universal census of population, from one side, and uncontrolled demographic processes and accounting difficulties of the last decade, from another side. Nevertheless, the report presented, in our opinion, correctly reflects the general tendencies of the Georgian education system 1. Education for All. Aims and Purposes 2. Strategy of Education for All and/or Plan of Activity 3.Taking Decisions and Administration 4. Cooperation in Education for All 5. Investments in Education for All Made from 1990 6.
