NET INTAKE RATES.
Net intake rate is the total new entrants to primary one who are six years old expressed as a percentage of population of 6 years old. This indicator measures the extent of participation of the population of 6 years old admitted into primary one. It also tells the percentage of the 6 years old population who are not in school. Unfortunately, the net intake rate for primary one in Nigeria has not been reported because the net intake rate in the Templet was estimated from a small sample survey.
