Date and Program changes for the Inter-agencies Meeting on
Education for All. (World Bank, Washington, D.C., February
1st and 2nd, 2001)
Dear
Sir/Madam,
With reference to the meeting in reference, I am very pleased
to inform you that as mentioned in the enclosed document,
we have increased the time assigned to the Extended Meeting.
Please take note that it will start on February 1st at 2:00
p.m. and it will be extended to the following day February
2nd, from 9:00 a.m. We are therefore inviting you to participate
in the Extended Meeting starting at 2 p.m. on February 1st.
For additional information, you may refer to the enclosed
document "Inter-agencies Meeting of Education for All". Therein
you will find a description of general aspects as well as
the Preliminary Program for the meeting.
With
regard to your participation, we are inviting you to prepare
a fifteen minutes presentation on February 2nd, (from 9:00
a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) which should
allow each participating agency to expose its convergences
with EFA. With an aim to facilitating this assignment, we
will be sending you within a few days, the terms of reference
for its preparation.
We
would also need to know if you would request Hotel reservation
in Washington. To make the necessary arrangements, we would
be grateful receiving the day and time of your arrival and
departure to :
