Training Toolkit

UNESCO Beirut and the Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association in Lebanon have developed a new training toolkit for parents, teachers and students (in Arabic). The toolkit addresses physical and psychological changes adolescents go trough and related health issues. The toolkit contains three training documents, each especially developed for parents, teachers and students. The content of the documents is specifically adapted to each audience using simple, culturally sensitive but scientific language. The toolkit will prove useful for parents and teachers and above all the students themselves who will be responsibly informed about the physical changes they are experiencing during the critical age of adolescence and the consequent changes these will bring to their lives while assuming roles and responsibilities as adults.
