Anna Haas

Research Officer

Anna Haas is on secondment from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida. Before joining the GMR team in September 2006, she worked as programme officer at Sida’s education division, where she was responsible for Swedish education development cooperation with different countries in sub-Saharan Africa. In recent years, she has focused on methods for strengthening the results management of education development cooperation. Previously she worked for the Swedish National Agency of Higher Education. Anna has a background in economics of education. She holds an MA in International and Comparative Education from the Institute of International Education at Stockholm University and has also been a PhD student at IREDU (Institut de Recherche sur l’Economie de l’Education) in Dijon, France.
