Leila Loupis

Communications Officer

Leila joined the GMR team in May 2008. She previously has held a variety of communications and liaison positions for UNESCO in Paris and Harare, working especially within the UNESCO Institute for Statistics. She has also worked as a communications specialist in the public sector in Australia and spent several years as a freelance consultant. Leila has been involved with the Education for All movement since the Dakar Conference in 2000.
