On 24 February 2009 the EFA Global Monitoring Report team will open its consultation on the 2010 Report.  A Concept Note outlining the proposed framework for the 2010 Report - on teaching and reaching the marginalised –. a general summary of background papers commissioned thus far and a list of questions that are of particular interest to the team are being made available.
