ADM Commission

The Administrative Commission will address matters relating to budget, finance and human resource management of the Organization, notably:

  • the state of Member States' contributions,
  • the Working Capital Fund,
  • the draft budget for 2010-2011
  • budget ceiling
  • the financial report and
  • audited financial statements of accounts.

 It will also examine issues relating to the implementation of the reform process launched by the Director-General, which impact staff regulations and staff rules, geographical distribution and decentralization.

The Administrative Commission will submit to the General Conference a report containing its recommendations and draft resolutions for its consideration and approval.
