Partners
Partnership and alliances amongst stakeholders is a powerful force in managing change. Such partnerships, which reinforce complementarity, bring together major stakeholders in higher education, and are based on common interest, mutual respect and credibility, constitute a fundamental element of the WCHE follow-up strategy, coordinated by UNESCO.
