Objectives

• To promote an integrated system of research, training, information and documentation activities in the field of environment, in particular the environment of the tropical areas of the interior delta of Niger.
• To facilitate collaboration between high-level internationally recognized researchers and the teaching staff of the University, and other higher. education institutions working in these fields in Mali and in the sub-region
• To promote exchanges between the countries of the Niger Basin.
