Objectives
The specific objectives of this Chair are to:
- establish a cell culturing laboratory in PIEAS and carry out in-vitro studies of photodynamic therapy;
- establish five photodynamic therapy (PDT) clinics in four provinces, and the Pakistan federal capital; and,
- start research in optical imaging, as well as establish collaborative research with countries of the South.
