Objectives

• To develop and reinforce knowledge and expertise in the field of communication and public relations in Bulgaria.
• To reinforce teaching, research and information and documentation services. Emphasis is given to such aspects as the role of communication and public relations in a democratic society, to the professional standards and ethical codes of the professions, and to the importance of access to information.
